Lanit-Tercom president among trio of top St. Petersburg executives

Andrey Terekhov made it to Kommersant’s top three in the publisher’s 2018 Top Managers ranking of IT company executives in St. Petersburg. It was Terekhov’s fellow IT executives in the region that ranked him that high.

This isn’t the first time Professor Terekhov’s achievements have been recognized by Kommersant. In 2015, he was named the city’s best IT executive.
